Terms and Conditions – Akbari Game Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Akbari Game platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — you are entering into a binding agreement with Akbari Game. This agreement takes effect the moment you create an account or start using any part of the platform, whichever happens first.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who deposit and play. Your continued use of Akbari Game after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. In practice, Akbari Game is a personal-use platform and accounts may not be shared or operated on behalf of others.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Akbari Game, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Akbari Game is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be registering as an individual, in your own name, for personal use only. Corporate accounts, agency accounts or accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active account on the Akbari Game platform. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed without prior warning.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth or payment information — is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period that you have previously requested through the platform's Responsible Gaming tools.

3 Your Account

When you register with Akbari Game, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with anyone else.

Key account responsibilities include:

• Keeping your login details confidential at all times. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Akbari Game support immediately via in-app live chat.
• Keeping your registered contact information up to date. Your withdrawal payments are processed to the payment account linked to your Akbari Game profile — it is your responsibility to ensure those details are current and accurate.
• Not allowing any other person to use your account, including family members. All activity on your account is your responsibility.
• Not holding more than one account. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option rather than creating a new account.

Your account balance is held in PKR. Deposits, bonus credits and winnings are all denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion steps on the Akbari Game platform.

4 Deposits

Akbari Game accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. These are the only supported deposit channels. Deposits made via unsupported methods cannot be credited and may be subject to delays in return.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit in the platform. These minimums may be updated from time to time.
• Deposit processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Akbari Game does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly.
• Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your account, it cannot be reversed. If you believe a deposit was incorrectly processed, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to your registered PKR payment account only.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised withdrawals.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or before any withdrawal above a specified threshold. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or other identifying document.
• Bonus balances may have wagering requirements attached. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are completed.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on your chosen payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly once approved. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take additional time.
• Akbari Game reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending identity verification or a dispute under investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, Akbari Game offers bonuses and promotional credits to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general conditions below.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are added to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable multiplier is stated for each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are offered to individual players for personal use. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or in coordination with other players constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Akbari Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a change affects an active bonus already credited to your account, you will be notified through in-app messaging.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unconverted bonus balance that has not been used within the stated expiry window will be removed from your account automatically.

7 Gameplay Rules

The Akbari Game platform offers a range of game types including Slots, Live Casino, Bingo and other titles in the Game Lobby. Each game type has its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. These general terms apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino games, by live dealers operating physical equipment under controlled conditions.
• Results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical faults during a game round — such as a disconnection before a result is recorded — are handled according to the individual game's technical rules, which are accessible within the game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or any unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided and the account suspended.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes — whether in Bingo, Live Casino or any other multiplayer format — is not permitted and will result in account action.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

8 Responsible Gaming

Akbari Game takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed to be an entertaining experience for adults, not a financial tool or a means of resolving financial difficulties. All players are encouraged to approach the platform with a pre-set budget and a clear idea of the time they intend to spend.

• Players can request deposit limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods through the Responsible Gaming section of the platform. These tools are available to all registered users.
• Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reversed once activated. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion window.
• Akbari Game does not extend credit to players for gaming purposes. You may only play with funds that are available in your real-money balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Akbari Game platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture or other remedial action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual gameplay.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming welcome bonuses or other promotions more than once.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Using the platform in any way that is intended to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• Posting abusive, threatening or offensive content in any chat feature or communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the platform without authorisation.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Akbari Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• A court order or legal instruction requiring the platform to restrict access to a specific account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held at the time of suspension will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, Akbari Game may void some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the breach. If no breach is found, access will be restored and any withheld balance returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team through in-app live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account after standard verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

Akbari Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain consistent uptime and performance, the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

• Akbari Game is not liable for any loss of winnings, missed game opportunities or other financial impact that results from platform downtime, connection issues or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from your device, internet connection or third-party software that may affect your ability to access or use the platform.
• Game results that have been confirmed and recorded by the platform system are final. We are not in a position to reverse confirmed results based on a player's subjective assessment of the outcome.
• Akbari Game's liability in any circumstance is limited to the balance held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

Nothing in this section limits Akbari Game's liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct or any other situation where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

Akbari Game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, registered players will also receive a notification through in-app messaging.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continuing to use the platform after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.

Minor changes — such as corrections to spelling or formatting, or clarifications that do not alter the meaning of any clause — may be made without specific notification. The "Last Updated" date will still reflect these changes.
